UUVS is the leading Conference and Exhibition for unmanned underwater vehicles bringing together professionals from industries such as the military, E&P, marine and academia to focus on the cutting edge technologies and developments in this field.

The two-day Conference  covers aspects of both Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) and Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV), examining their markets and presenting the latest advances in technology and their operational use.

 

UUVS has developed from being a single event model to take advantage of the numerous platforms that the Reed Exhibitions Energy & Marine Group can offer where the event has great synergy. The first of these opportunities will be to have a presence at SPE Offshore Europe in September 2011 where there will be a 60m² UUVS pavilion endorsed by SUT in the Deep Water Zone. The pavilion will give the UUVS community a high profile position in one of the world’s largest exploration and production events.

The pavilion will be supported by two half day presentations, one UUVS branded session featuring AUV / ROV technology and case histories and the other will relate to the SUT subsea awareness course “Subsea Challenges – hotter deeper further cheaper”.
